Our state-of-the-art learning spaces are now available for hire across Victoria subject to availability.
Our spaces are ideal for meetings, workshops, conferences, and lectures, with a selection of purpose-built learning rooms and open areas to utilise depending on your requirements.

All spaces are wheelchair accessible and have a variety of technology available for your use including whiteboards, projection screens, video conferencing and Wi-Fi access.
Learning space locations
North MelbourneKnown as State School No. 307 in the 1880s, this building was originally designed by architect Henry Bastow. It was meticulously restored and redeveloped in 2012. Located at 603 Queensberry Street. |
East MelbourneOriginally built in the 1850s as the Victorian Government Printing Office, this heritage-listed building has been modified and restored to create inspiring professional learning facilities. Located at 41 St Andrews Place. |
BairnsdaleFound in the heart of Bairnsdale, this renovated modern site offers two learning studios that can accommodate a range of presentation styles, a design thinking space, and a remote learning studio. Located at 179 Main Street. |
BallaratThis late twentieth-century building previously used by education departments includes a learning studio, a design thinking space and four remote learning studios. Located at 36 Camp Street. |
BendigoAcademy Bendigo can be found in the heart of Bendigo, on the lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung People. As a purpose-designed state-of-the-art centre, it includes multi-purpose learning studios, a design thinking space, and meeting rooms. Located at Level 1, 360 Hargreaves Street. |
GeelongThis mid-century building has been restored to create an environment conducive to high-quality professional learning. Facilities include large learning spaces and multiple smaller remote studios for hybrid sessions. Located at 5A Little Ryrie Street. |
MoePreviously a community facility operated by the Latrobe City Council, the Academy’s Moe centre has been renovated, and the space includes two multi-purpose learning studios, a design thinking space and three remote learning studios. Located at 32 Kirk Street. |
MilduraLocated opposite the Murray River, the Mildura Academy offers two learning studios that can accommodate both cabaret and theatre style presentations, a design thinking space and two remote learning studios. Located at 97 Seventh Street. |
SheppartonWithin close proximity to Victoria Park Lake, our Shepparton site is situated in the former Centrelink building. This renovated space includes two multi-purpose learning studios, a design thinking space and two meeting rooms. Located at 17 Sobraon Street |
How to book
Spaces can be hired for a half or full-day, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Fees are charged based on a competitive pricing structure. Additional fees may apply for:
- technical support including audio-visual and video conferencing set-up and monitoring
- catering requirements
