Please select the sites that you would like to book a Learning space

Select the room layout you require.

• Theatre (chairs are setup in tiered straight rows facing a focal centre point, used for conferences, presentations etc.)

• Boardroom (tables are setup inwards to create a rectangle with all attendees facing inwards to allow interaction and discussion, used for meetings)

• Cabaret (tables are staggered with the side of the tables facing a screen or presenter having no chairs to allow for all attendees to be able to see the presentation, used for workshops, conferences etc)

• Banquet (tables have seating all the way around, used for workshops, breakout spaces and group collaboration)

Enter N/A if there will not be a facilitation.

All bookings receive access to tea, coffee, water, and basic snacks (fruit and biscuits).

Additional catering: must be organised by the event organiser. We can supply a list of caterer's familiar with our Academy sites.

Hybrid functionality is available via WebEx only and not supported in all Academy rooms and spaces.

Please note that if you require AV or IT support this must be advised at booking and additional support charges may apply. Academy staff will provide the event coordinator with a brief orientation to in-room technology for all bookings without any support fee. AV and IT support may not be available unless booked in advance.
