Elevate: Trust in Action with Simon Breakspear
About this program
School improvement often stalls when the pressure to deliver results outpaces the relationship foundations needed to support change.
Trust in Action helps you move beyond abstract concepts to see trust as a catalyst for sustainable and meaningful transformation. Through evidence-informed frameworks and peer learning, you will examine how to build, protect, and restore the professional safety required to drive school-wide outcomes.
What you’ll learn
- Master trust-building frameworks. Explore how trust functions as the foundation for school improvement and professional collaboration.
- Apply practical trust moves. Learn specific, actionable leadership strategies to strengthen your trustworthiness and foster a more resilient, growth-oriented staff culture.
- Restore relational safety. Gain the tools to identify how trust is broken within a school environment and develop a clear process for repairing critical professional bonds.
