About the programs

Driving meaningful impact in your school requires navigating complexity through adaptive leadership and collaboration capabilities. The Elevate suite of programs is designed to meet the unique needs of experienced principals and equip you to meet the demands of modern school leadership.   

Flexible learning pathways

Elevate programs are designed around 3 themes: Systems, Self and Teams. While each program delivers value on its own, experienced principals will receive the most benefit by attending all programs in the suite, as each has themes that strengthen and reinforce the others.

If you are unable to attend all programs, you can tailor your engagement to align with your priorities and current professional learning goals.

• Foster system-wide coherence. Contribute to greater collaboration by engaging in shared leadership development opportunities across roles and networks.

Please note, you may choose either Elevate: Resilient Leadership or Elevate: Power and Conflict, but not both.
