    About the program

    As a middle leader, you play a vital role in improving classroom practices, yet leading a team to embrace and implement new projects can be challenging.  

    This program equips you with strategies to build high-performing teams capable of translating complex planning into practice. By applying the principles of implementation science, you will learn how to communicate vision, solve problems and build the team consensus to ensure your ideas stick. By the end, you will have the practical knowledge to lead a team towards shared goals and make your improvement plans a reality.

    Dr Ryan Dunn is a renowned speaker with over 20 years’ experience as an educational leader, teacher and researcher. He is a senior lecturer at the University of Melbourne, where he focuses on teacher professional learning, educational leadership, middle leadership and implementation science.
