    Anyone who has tried to improve their sleep or diet, or increase their exercise levels, will know that it is easier said than done.

    This recording focuses on the physical, in particular, how to improve sleep, diet and exercise levels, and environmental strategies you can use to structure your day around wellbeing. 

    A major determinant of success is how well you are able to form new habits. Explore the since of habit formation to ensure that your wellbeing changes stick.
