Inspire Local Leaders, Literacy Local Leaders and Numeracy Local Leaders are held across multiple metro and regional Academy locations.
These individual programs are a great opportunity to enhance your leadership skillset and subject matter knowledge.
Select participants may also be eligible to become Master Trainers and facilitators once successfully completing one of these programs. This highly sought after opportunity offers successful graduates an opportunity to lead and inspire other emerging leaders in their local communities.
Held across multiple central and regional Academy locations, this program prepares you to pursue and succeed in school leadership. You will explore leadership concepts and reflect on how you can achieve your personal leadership goals. The Inspire Local Leaders program focuses on developing the capabilities you need to lead school improvement, effectively engage colleagues and build your professional network.
Held across multiple central and regional Academy locations, Literacy Local Leaders will strengthen your pedagogical content knowledge and your ability to apply literacy principles in your school. Through this program you will build your capacity to implement practices that promote and influence explicit and high-impact literacy teaching.
Held across multiple central and regional Academy locations, Numeracy Local Leaders will strengthen your pedagogical content knowledge, application of numeracy principles and support you to build strategies to lead numeracy improvement within your school. This program will build your confidence in using practices that promote and influence research informed numeracy teaching.
