Teaching Excellence Program 2024 - Applications extended

Apply now to be part of an exceptional teaching community in 2024.

Applications for the Academy’s 2024 Teaching Excellence Program (TEP) have been extended until 8 October 2023 and highly-skilled teachers from across Victoria are encouraged to apply.

TEP is Australia's first advanced professional learning program of its kind in Australia. It is a year-long program designed to advance the professional knowledge and practice of teachers from Victorian government, Catholic and Independent schools.  

Teachers accepted into the program will have access to the latest evidence-informed research to apply in their classrooms. Through the program, teachers will advance their knowledge in their learning areas and will improve their capability and confidence to teach more effectively. 

TEP graduates apply new knowledge and contribute to ongoing teaching excellence at their schools and networks.

We encourage teachers to submit applications early to support principal and school planning – and to ensure offers are made and secured as soon as possible.
